Help me celebrate my Birthday dancing for a good cause.

Screen Shot 2018-08-13 at 15.44.59

On 24th November I’m joining forces with lots of fabulous instructors from our area to dance in aid of Wycombe Homeless Connection.

You are all warmly invited!

There is an event on our facebook page with all details for the day, and where there is a link to Virginmoney giving where you can ‘buy tickets’. I cannot fix a price on that page, for gift aid reasons, but may I respectfully suggest that you help to the best of your ability, as the DJ and all the instructors involved give their time freely and we aim to donate all proceeds to charity

I look forward to seeing you all, for what promises to be an eclectic and electrifying afternoon of Fitness, Friendship, and Fun-d-raising.

We are so excited to share with you Project Good Vibes!

Friday 25th September come and have cake with us….

…and raise funds for MacMillan at the same time.

This month we forget all about healthy snacks, as we ‘eat with our heart’ for a very good cause. We are supporting MacMillan in their Big Coffee Morning fundraiser, and we need you to either bring or buy cakes on the day.

Let’s make this our most successful year yet.

A special coffee morning this month

v4tir9i8As you may know,  the last week in the month we stop for coffee and a few healthy nibbles after our morning classes. As 27th September coincides with the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, we are bending the rules and will stop for coffee and lots of cakes after class.

So, on Friday 27th September, if you are in the area and would like to take part in this charitable event, bring along your purse and join us after class in the bar area of Woodrow High House. Every penny will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.

If you would like to bake some goods for it, we would really appreciate your support.
